Without further ado, let’s get started!

Christmas Tree Ornament

This adorable Christmas Tree Ornament would be a perfect addition to any tree. There is a written pattern and a video tutorial as well. This pattern is noted to be easy/beginner friendly and only about 4 inches tall when complete, therefore wouldn’t take very long to complete. Win win!

Choc Chip Cookie

This chocolate chip cookie pattern is just so irresistible! These could make a fun ornament or even put these cookies out for Santa this year. If you decide on crocheted cookies for Santa, there is a crocheted milk pattern that you could make on the site as well! This could be such a fun alternative to traditional milk and cookies. The pattern is noted to be beginner friendly and has a video tutorial to assist you as well.

Crochet Christmas Baubles

Look at these adorable Christmas baubles. They would make perfect ornaments for your tree! They are quick to make and use basic stitches. These would also make wonderful gifts for your friends and family. You can use traditional colors like the picture above or you can go rogue and choose any colors you want.

Winter Hearts Snowflake

This snowflake ornament is so delicate and gorgeous. There are extremely detailed instructions with a great written pattern, pictures and symbols as well. Once finished, this ornament would be so pretty on your tree. I could also picture this as a beautiful garland, so cozy over a fireplace.

Wispweave Snowflake

This beautiful snowflake has detailed instructions, including a written pattern, step by step pictures and also symbols. There are pictures with multiple colors which are quite striking. It would make a very pretty tree. There are additional pictures on the pattern page with different shapes like a square, triangle, hexagon and more. This makes the pattern versatile because, for example, if you made these snowflakes into squares, you could make a blanket or pillow with this. Hexagons could also be arranged to make a blanket, bag etc.

Santa Gonk Christmas Pattern

This fun Santa Gonk is very cute. The creator, Hooked on Patterns, has a free CAL (crochet along) with different patterns for outfits for the Gonk as well as a fun story to go with it.

I enjoyed learning about the Gonk when I found this pattern. I have never previously heard of a Gonk. I am from the U.S. and this is not something typically displayed here. I found that a Gonk is actually part of Nordic and Scandinavian mythology and is meant to be a cross between a gnome and a hobgoblin. It is growing in popularity in the U.K. They are noted to bring good luck to those who treat it with kindness, but for those who aren’t kind, they could play tricks and bring the home into chaos, reminding people to be kind to others.

(Disclaimer: Gonks are not part of my native culture. I do my best to be respectful of all cultures and to portray accurate information; however if anything is incorrect, please feel free to correct me! I genuinely want to get it correct).

Snowman Baubles

I adore these snowman baubles and can’t wait to make them! They are versatile because in the pattern, it is noted that you can use different yarn weights to make different size baubles. They only require a small amount of yarn, therefore would be great scrap busting projects. There is also a video tutorial for those who prefer that.

Reindeer Baubles

Aren’t these reindeer just the cutest you’ve ever seen? They don’t require much yarn and work up quickly. Win win! Am I right? You can use different yarn weights to create different size baubles. The pattern is well written with lots of pictures to help you along the way.

Snowman Lovey

Are you or a loved one expecting a winter baby? This would make such a wonderful gift! This pattern is quite detailed with great pictures to assist you along the way. Most importantly, this lovey is baby safe. Many patterns tend to use safety eyes, but the name is actually misleading, because safety eyes aren’t recommended for children under three. This pattern uses embroidered eyes which are safe for babies. This snowman lovey would make an adorable, yet safe gift.

Christmas Tree Coaster

Have you contemplated learning mosaic crochet? Now is your chance! These darling tree coasters would be a great place to start. The pattern is well written and descriptive. For those who prefer a graph, one is also included. The end result of this project would be a wonderful decoration in your home or a great heartfelt gift.

Christmas Tree Potholder

If you have been wanting to learn mosaic crochet, this would also be a great place to start. The pattern is very well written and there is also a graph for those who prefer graphs. (If you don’t prefer graphs, there is also a full written pattern). There is also a video to assist you along the way. Enjoy!

Crochet Snowflake Coaster

This final pattern on the post is also mosaic crochet. I love the design on it! If you’re new to mosaic, starting with a small item such as a coaster is a great way to get aquatinted with this type of crochet. It is so fun to watch the design come to life before your eyes. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.
